Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
• Upon subscription expiration, premium features become unavailable but your created content remains accessible
• Refund policies are handled in accordance with Apple's and Google's terms of service and applicable laws

Feature Access

• Free users receive monthly credits for AI-powered features
• Premium subscribers have unlimited access to all features
• Subscription status affects feature availability but not access to previously created content

Decksy requests access to your device's camera and microphone for the following purposes:

• Camera: To capture images for text extraction to create flashcards
• Microphone: To record voice input for creating flashcards
• Photos: To select images from your photo library for text extraction

These permissions are only used when you actively choose to use these features. Voice recordings and images are temporarily processed for text extraction and conversion but are immediately deleted and never permanently stored on our servers or your device.
